About Us

The mission of the Foley Sports Tourism Department is to attract, create, and host high-quality events for all ages to increase economic vitality, improve the quality of life, and provide a unique and memorable experience that brands Foley, Alabama as a nationally recognized sports destination. 

The City of Foley is divided into several departments that are responsible for different aspects of the city’s government. The Foley Sports Tourism Department is responsible for the operation of the Foley Sports Tourism Complex which includes the 90,000 square-foot indoor multi-purpose Foley Event Center and 16 natural-grass multi-purpose fields. One which is a championship field with stadium seating, a press box and lights to accommodate television broadcasts. 

In addition to this, Foley Sports Tourism also assists several off site sports tourism related events as well within the city. The FST team often provides support with event planning, logistics, and marketing so these events can grow. By showcasing Foley’s hotels, restaurants and attractions to visitors we can continue to enhance the positive economic impact that tourism makes on the community.
