Foley Horse Arena is available for both state and regional events and located just off of Highway 59 on East Rosetta Avenue. The facility includes stalls, a seating area, a concession stand, announcers booth, and public restroom facilities.
Foley Horse Arena is used for an annual rodeo in August, as well as barrel-racing competitions throughout the year.
