BLUE LINE BBQ was started from a desire to provide a quality product for a reasonable price. Founded by Mike Adams, after retiring from a lengthy law enforcement career, having served both here in the USA and overseas, Mike wanted to continue a legacy of service by sharing his passion for traditional Alabama BBQ with others.
Run by the Adams family, Mike runs the pit and the kitchen, while his wife Bethany oversees the catering, administration, and delivery.
With roots in the local area, protecting the Alabama Coast is high;y important to Blue Line BBQ & Grill, and for that reason, all the packaging material used for to-go and delivery orders are either biodegradable or recyclable. No styrofoam is used.
